Workshop Changes
Atelier UNIQUE workshops are hosted in carefully selected partner venues.
In rare cases, the workshop location may need to change due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. If a location change is necessary, all registered guests will be notified as early as possible and provided with updated details.
If a workshop needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by Atelier UNIQUE, a full refund or transfer to another available date will be offered.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change, and we'll always do our best to accommodate you. If you need to cancel your booking, the refund amount will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
More than 72 hours before the workshop - 100% refund
48-72 hours before the workshop - 50% refund
Less than 48 hours before the workshop - non-refundable, as materials and preparations are arranged specifically for each reservation.
